Radiohead To Begin Work On New Album In September

I hope I will gain some pardons on the lack of posts in the last few weeks. These have been some hectic times in the hunt for a new job, working the current job and trying to make ends meet. But that is not really what this post is about now is it?

A few days ago it was announced that the British rock group Radiohead was getting together to do some rehearsals. This was big news, because it meant that the band had enough material written for a new record. Well just the other day it was announced that the band will be heading into the studio in September to begin recording the follow up to The King of Limbs. This is good news for fans of the band who felt a little let down by the last record’s length (I am referring more to the amount as compared to quality).

No details yet are out there about the record at all other than they will be in the studio in a short period of time. The over or under on whether the record sees the light of day in 2015 seems to be very thin. I’d say early 2016 we will get some new Radiohead, and if that doesn’t bide your time here’s the band doing the entire King of Limbs Live From The Basement.
