Wes Scantlin has some serious songwriting to do in the coming days. His record label, Cleopatra Records, filed a lawsuit on Tuesday saying that the front man has failed to deliver any new songs for the label. According to the label Scantlin entered an agreement with the label back in February. His management was able to get forty five thousand dollars advance in exchange for ten new songs as well as remastered versions of four of the band’s previous hits. The date has come and gone and of course the label is seeking back that money in damages citing fraud and breach of contract.
