The Whitest Boy Alive Calls It Quits

Berlin based dance-pop group The Whitest Boy Alive has recently decided to hang up their instruments and move on their separate ways. The band itself released two records since their inception dating back over ten years ago in 2003, with 2006’s Dreams and 2009’s Rules. Both records were laden with full dancey electronic tunes.

The band posted on Facebook:

Dear Fans. We are no longer composing or playing together as The Whitest Boy Alive. The Rules we made for ourself became a Golden Cage. Thanks for all the support and love we have received during the years.

Nice publicity stunt. How ideal! Just wait for the reunion tour or album. Just like the other old musicians. The timing is certainly convenient for the lead singer.
